I’ve opened up Wednesday afternoons for calls about, well, whatever. Calls can be:

• A general catch-up
• Discussing designs, type, privacy, an article
• Freelance stuff
• Ways we could work together
• Talking about an approach to a website problem

Or whatever else. If you want to have a chat or discuss something, just book a slot.

I started opening these slots in March 2021. They’ve been a lot of fun and a real highlight of the week.

I first read about Office Hours in Deep Work (Cal Newport) and It Doesn’t Have To Be Crazy At Work (Jason Fried/David Heinemeier Hansson).

My friend Tim Nash also started doing this recently.

The title Unoffice Hours is inspired by Matt Webb’s endeavour. As he writes, “let’s make it a movement!”
